You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to: – Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. – Keep your account details up to date. – Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
When you make a booking through the Platform, you enter into a contract with the relevant travel provider (hotel, airline, activity operator, etc.), subject to their own terms and conditions in addition to ours.
– Prices displayed are subject to availability and may change until a booking is confirmed. – Payments are processed securely through authorised payment partners. – You are responsible for reviewing booking details before confirming a purchase.
Cancellation and refund terms vary by provider and rate type, and will be shown to you before you complete a booking. Some bookings may be non-refundable.
Travel suppliers (including hotels, airlines, cruise operators, car rental companies and activity providers) are solely responsible for the services they provide.
LuxTJ acts as an agent or intermediary and does not own, operate, manage or control any travel supplier.
Any complaints or issues regarding the quality, safety, accuracy or fulfilment of travel services should be directed to the relevant supplier in the first instance.
All prices and availability displayed on the Platform are subject to change and are only confirmed at the time of booking.
Prices may vary based on date, demand, currency fluctuations and supplier policies.
LuxTJ reserves the right to correct any pricing errors identified before or after booking confirmation. If a material error is identified after booking, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.
Payments made through the Platform are processed by authorised payment service providers.
LuxTJ does not store complete card details.
Prices may be displayed in your local currency for reference but may be charged in the currency of the supplier or payment processor. Exchange rates and currency conversion fees may apply.
LuxTJ may provide AI-powered recommendations, travel inspiration, itinerary suggestions and personalised content.
These recommendations are generated using available information and user preferences and are intended to assist decision-making. They do not constitute professional, legal, medical, immigration or financial advice.
Travellers should independently verify important travel requirements before departure.
You agree not to:
– Use the Platform for unlawful purposes. – Provide false or misleading information. – Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Platform. – Upload malicious software or harmful content. – Copy, scrape or reproduce Platform content without permission. – Misuse promotional offers or payment systems.
Users may submit reviews, ratings, photographs and other content.
By submitting content, you grant LuxTJ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, modify and publish that content in connection with the Platform.
You confirm that your content: – Is truthful and based on genuine experience. – Does not infringe the rights of others. – Does not contain defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, obscene or unlawful material. – Does not contain promotional or misleading content.
LuxTJ reserves the right to edit, moderate, reject or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Travel guides, destination information, editorial reviews, ratings, recommendations and opinions published on LuxTJ or affiliated platforms, including Travel Jaunts, are provided for informational purposes.
Editorial ratings and reviews represent independent opinions based on our evaluation methodology and may differ from the experiences or opinions of other travellers.
They should not be interpreted as guarantees regarding any travel experience.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, software, design elements and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to LuxTJ unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.
The Platform may include links to third-party websites or services.
LuxTJ does not control or endorse third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuxTJ shall not be liable for:
– Supplier errors or omissions. – Changes, cancellations or delays by travel suppliers. – Flight disruptions. – Visa refusals. – Government actions. – Weather events. – Natural disasters. – Force majeure events. – Loss of enjoyment. – Indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Where permitted by law, LuxTJ's total liability arising from any booking or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to LuxTJ for the relevant booking.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LuxTJ, its directors, employees, affiliates and partners against claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from:
– Your misuse of the Platform; – Your breach of these Terms; or – Your violation of applicable law or the rights of any third party.
LuxTJ may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Platform at any time where necessary to protect the Platform, comply with legal obligations or address suspected fraud, misuse or violations of these Terms.
LuxTJ may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
If you have a concern regarding the Platform or a booking, we encourage you to contact our Customer Support team first. Most issues can be resolved quickly through good-faith discussions.
If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The arbitration shall: – Be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with applicable law. – Take place in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. – Be conducted in the English language.
Subject to the arbitration provisions above, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters where court intervention is permitted under applicable law.
